Facial Reflexology

Consultation and treatment 60 mins £40

Facial reflexology is not a beauty treatment, however it does have a rejuvenating and uplifting effect on the face. It is considered as a natural alternative to botox as it relaxes the facial muscles.

It also stimulates the blood flow and encourages good lymphatic drainage, therefore helping to give you a naturally glowing complexion and quite literally ”lifting” the face to make your face feel and look smoother and more toned. Treatment also stimulates collagen and elastin from the inside which goes the effect of tighter, plumper skin.

What to expect

I will lay you back on a couch with your hair secured back from your face with a hair band and your face will be wiped free of makeup (mascara can be left on). A fewdrops of facial oil will be applied to the face. The treatment will start with some relaxing massage movements working all the reflex points . Deep tissue massage is combined with reflex manipulation to relieve tension, improve well being and promote deep relaxation.
